The Bipolar Center in Stuart
We have an extremely busy office in Sarasota, Florida that has become known as the place to go if one has bipolar disorder, severe depression, suicidality, and other very difficult-to-treat Neural Dysregulation issues. Our parent company is Center For Integrated Therapies and our website is www.srqtherapy.com. Please visit this website as well for more information on what we do. Due to the many clients, we see from out of state as well as those that travel from throughout Florida we’ve decided to open a new office on the East Coast of Florida. We will now be in Sarasota, Palm Beach Gardens and Stuart, Fl. We are working towards opening an inpatient center for Bipolar Disorder and PTSD in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands for those that need more intensive care.
How Our Treatment Works
Our treatment protocol is specifically designed to treat Bipolar Disorder I and 2 and Cyclothymia. If the client has severe depression unrelated to these genetic disorders we would offer another protocol which is usually just as effective. The treatment plan is non-invasive. This means there are rarely any negative side effects. It is important to know that the client will not change anything s/he is currently doing. The client should not change any medication protocol s/he is currently on without their prescribing doctor’s advice. If the client is working with a psychologist and/or psychotherapist this therapy should continue as normal.
Our first step is to conduct an intensive consultation. We will conduct this preferably in person but it can be done via Skype or telephone. The purpose of the consultation is to ascertain what the issues are, determine if you are a good candidate, and answer any questions you might have. The next step is to get you scheduled and get you moving to a healthier you. The sessions are scheduled for an hour and you will be scheduled several times per week for 5-10 weeks. Please contact us to schedule a free consultation. We are also available for appointments in our Sarasota office Monday through Thursday from 9am-6 pm.
